Isn't this a funny picture? This me, after my morning walk! I usually stay this way for about half of the morning when I return. This eating healthy is killing me & it's no fun. Somehow, when you are craving a big piece of cake, a carrot or a radish just won't do the trick--know what I'm saying? Oh well. Just wasn't one of those people born with a fantastic metabolism. Suck it up!!!!
